Who Is The Facilitator?
John Francis Leader, ADHP MICHP MNGH MICF is a Consulting Psychologist who specialises in integrated hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and coaching and is a well known speaker on balance psychology in Ireland and the United States. John is known for his friendly, enthusiastic and common sense approach to being happy and getting the most from life.
Will I Be Asked To Do Anything Scary?
For a lot of people being asked to get fit is quite terrifying but it won't be after you leave the workshop - instead you'll be eager to actively improve your health, fitness and wellbeing and will be clear on how you're going to do this. The workshop is designed with a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere and you won't be expected to share your thoughts with others, high-five the person next to you or anything else that's not related to developing strong health, fitness and wellbeing.
